Cancellation Policy

All itineraries are quoted based on the actual “real-time” availability and rate information we are receiving (from hotels, airlines, etc). Until your deposit is received, the rate and availability is not guaranteed. Once we confirm your reservation all rates are guaranteed. As we use several outside vendors, if any arrangements in your itinerary change after confirmation, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative. This is especially the case with advanced bookings – as often the airline may change flight times, routes, etc. with the change of tourist seasons.

Here is the general guideline for our cancellation policy if your agent does not mention otherwise:

The full price of the payment for the tours purchased is taken. All prices are guaranteed after you confirm your reservation.

Refunds are not provided for activities that have been canceled by our guests for purchased activities. A 100% cancellation fee is charged.

Date changes cannot be made for the activities that have been purchased, you must attend the activities you have purchased on the days you specify. For detailed information, contact your agency.

Cancellation is only valid for balloon tours (only for our guests who have booked hot air balloons) in case of official cancellation by Civil Aviation due to adverse weather conditions. In case of cancellations or delays made by the customer, your balloon tour cannot be canceled and no refund will be made.

In case of cancellation by civil aviation after booking the balloon tour (only for our guests who have booked a hot air balloon), all your money will be refunded to you. For detailed information, contact your agency.

For tours, activities or airport transfers, we cannot make any refunds in case the reservation is not used or detailed information cannot be written (hotel name, phone number, e-mail address).
